MCA Debt Relief For Doctors, Dentists, Chiropractors & Medical Practices

You can run a full schedule every day and still come up short on payroll. Insurance pays in 30, 60, sometimes 90 days. Claims get denied and resubmitted. And the merchant cash advance you took to bridge the gap pulls its payment every single business day.

We help physicians, dentists, chiropractors and other practice owners lower those daily payments, handle the funders quietly and professionally, and get cash flow back on a schedule that fits how medicine actually gets paid.

Why Medical Practices Struggle With MCA Debt

Most practices aren't short on patients. They're short on timing. You provide care today, bill the payer, and wait. Meanwhile payroll, rent, supplies, lab fees and equipment leases all keep coming on their own schedule.

When a bank loan takes too long, an MCA can fund in a couple of days against your future receipts. The trouble is it gets paid back daily, while your income shows up in batches weeks later. One bad month of denials or a slow payer and the gap gets wider every week.

If you're already falling behind, read what happens when you can't make your MCA payments before you sign anything new.

Where Your Practice's Money Is Sitting Right Now

$48,200
31 - 60 days

61 - 90 days

Over $61,000 of it is more than a month old, and some of the 90+ bucket is denied claims waiting to be resubmitted.

  • $3,900 a week
  • $17,160 a month
  • Whether the payer sent a check or not

A Quick Bridge That Gets Expensive Fast

An advance to cover payroll during a slow reimbursement month can make sense once. But the daily payment is set on your best numbers, and healthcare income isn't steady. A payer changes its rules, your billing person leaves and claims pile up, and suddenly the debit is bigger than what's coming in.

That's when the renewal offers start. A second advance covers the first for a while, and then there are two payments coming out every day. We see it in family practices, dental offices and chiropractic clinics alike.

Common Questions Practice Owners Ask

Can I keep seeing patients during the program?

Yes. Nothing changes for your patients. You keep running your schedule and billing like normal while we work with your funders.

Will my patients or staff find out?

No. We work directly with your funders and keep everything confidential. Your patients and team don't need to know anything about it.

My funder pulls from the account my insurance deposits go into. Is that a problem?

It's very common and it's something we deal with all the time. We'll go over how your deposits and debits are set up on the consultation and talk about the safest way to handle it. Please don't move accounts on your own before talking to someone, it can make things harder.

We have equipment leases too. Can you help with those?

Our program focuses on MCAs and unsecured business loans. Equipment leases and secured loans usually work differently, but we'll look at everything on your consultation and tell you honestly what we can include.

I own more than one location. Can you help with all of them?

Yes. We'll look at the advances across all your locations and entities and put together a plan for the whole group.

Is this the same as bankruptcy?

No. Bankruptcy is a court process. Our program is worked out directly with your funders outside of court, and your business keeps running the whole time. If bankruptcy might honestly be a better fit for you, we'll say so and suggest you talk to a bankruptcy attorney.

Will this affect my credit?

It can. Restructuring or settling debt may show up on your credit, and some funders report missed payments. We'll go over what to expect on your consultation so nothing catches you off guard. Most owners we talk to are more worried about keeping the business open than about their score, but it's your call to make.
