SPX Credit Solutions ("SPX," "we," "us") helps business owners deal with merchant cash advances and unsecured business debt. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, fill out our forms or talk to our team, and what we do with it.
It applies to this website and to calls, texts and emails with us. It doesn't cover other companies' websites, even if we link to them.
Most of what we have comes straight from you. Here's a breakdown:
| What | Examples | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Contact details | Name, business name, email, phone number | You, when you fill out a form or call us |
| Business and debt details | How much you owe, the type of debt, your industry, funder names, bank statements you choose to send | You, on our forms and during your consultation |
| Scheduling details | The time you book and anything you add to the booking form | Calendly, our scheduling tool |
| Website and ad data | Pages you visit, the ad you clicked, browser and device type, general location from your IP address | Cookies, the Meta Pixel and similar tools |
| Call records | Call recordings and notes from your conversations with our team | Our phone system, with notice at the start of the call |
We don't ask for your Social Security number or bank login on this website. If we need sensitive documents later in the process, we'll ask for them through a secure upload, never by regular email.
If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that we can contact you at the number and email you gave us by phone, text and email, including with automated dialing or prerecorded messages. You don't have to agree to this to work with us. You can always just call us instead.
We do not share your phone number or text messaging consent with any third party for their marketing purposes. Calls may be recorded for quality and training, and we'll let you know at the start of the call.
If you fill out a form but don't enroll, we keep your information for up to 3 years so we have a record of your request and your consent, then delete it. If you enroll, we keep your file for the length of your program plus 7 years, because we're required to keep certain business records. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will unless the law says we have to keep it.
Our site uses encryption (HTTPS) on every page. Access to client files is limited to the team members who need it, and our systems use password protection and two-step login. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, and we'll notify you if a breach ever affects your data, as the law requires.
No matter where you live, you can ask us to:
Some states, including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Texas, give residents additional rights under their privacy laws. We honor those requests too. We won't treat you differently for using any of these rights. To make a request, use the contact details below. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we'll answer within 45 days.
Our services are for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has given us information, let us know and we'll delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If it's a big change, we'll put a notice on the site or email clients directly.
